SNOW!!!

This morning I got up and I couldn't believe my eyes! There was some snow outside the window. It has been really cold for the past few days and a bit of snow it is not surprising. It is a bit unusual for this time of the year though.
Someone got up early made this nice snowman :)
Here are some pictures of dinners for the cold weather. Okonomiyaki (yet again!) and my take on the classic nikujaga.

IN THE MEANTIME...

The second episode of my Japanese trip is on its way. In the meantime take a look at my okonomiyaki. I'm quite proud of it. In all honesty it is not a great achievement because it is really easy to make, but still!
Okonomiyaki more or less translates into "whatever you like". I fancied squid, prawns and pork. Maybe next time I'll make it with natto and squid.
